There is no charge for changing or cancelling your osteopathy / acupuncture appointment.
However a $45 cancellation fee may be charged for failing to attend, changing or cancelling an appointment at less than 4 hours notice.
It would be appreciated if you could give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your Osteopathy appointment (preferably at least one day before) as someone else could greatly benefit from the appointment time that becomes available.
